TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No smoking inside, no pets, no loud music, no parties, maximum 6 guests allowed

• The use of electricity will be charged extra upon usage (7 baht per kilowatt)

• A deposit of THB 20'000 will be charged at check in (you can use your favorite currency)

PAYMENT

• Invoice with 50% deposit payable within 7 days

• Final remittance payable 30 days before arriving

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 50% refund until 1 month before arrival

• No refund within one month before arrival
